I saw Prometheus yesterday. Anyone knows wtf happened at the beginning with the big nose guy and the black liquid and the water.

Also, I agree with Thomas.

Charlize Theron is an amazing actress, same as Fassbender. It was an OK movie, I enjoy it.

I did like the final scene!

The creation of life.* Not necessarily on Earth, but yeah, the black gooey stuff is apparently magic, and can do everything from producing vagina cobras, to giving you space aids, to turning you into an alien zombie, to producing life on earth... Although I'm not so sure if the black stuff was involved in the opening scene, might've just been some weird-ass tea ceremony.

Jacob's Ladder. Great mind-bending movie, somehow expected the ending. Hospital scene was creepy. Any other mind-bending films I'm missing out there?

Yup, pretty excited! Like, 80% excited. Nowhere near as much as Batman, but I'm sure it'll be good. Big fan of Garfield and Stone.

Yes! Emma Stone! I don't know why, but she really charmed the heck out of me. I can not wait to see Bowser fighting Spiderman!

So, I've decided to go see it on 3D, next week, when it's out here. Just found out Batman's out a week after the US, here. Holy crap it'll be tough to avoid spoilers for a full week. Please don't post any here, guys! I haven't even seen any of the recent trailers.

And movies i've seen lately are Spiderman 1,2, and 3 (yes I know they're unrelated to the new one); Pokemon 2000 movie; and The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

Anyway, I saw Pineapple Express for the first time this week. Definitely one of the better stoner-films (don't even get me started on Dude, Where's My Car?") but the whole action film bit was a bit unnecessary.

You consider those latter two "great"? Not being sarcastic, I haven't seen them. Negative reviews prevented me from seeing the former in theatres. Will probably watch Dark Shadows today, though.
