Spyborgs absent from TGS, might not ship in Japan

We haven’t decided yet whether it’s going to ship in Japan… that determination won’t be made for several more weeks so showing it at a Japan consumer show doesn’t make a lot of sense. As we already know, Spyborgs is going through a big overhaul and it looks like Capcom has completed some major changes. Capcom has been pretty selective of where its latest titles it will release, but I suppose that it’s just a matter of whether or not the company believes the specific game is suited for certain territories.
