    Strong first-day numbers for both Bayonetta (PS3), Tekken 6 (PS3) and Four Warriors of Light: Final Fantasy Gaiden. I expect these games to reach 100K copies by the end of Saturday when this sales week ends. I personally did not expect Sin and Punishment 2 and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatwon Wars to be big sellers in Japan.

    Tekken 6 on PS3 did well, surprisingly so did Bayonetta on PS3 in which I was expecting to be low on sales due to the crap that platinum games pulled on the ps3 version. It actually beat Tekken 6 in w/c I was expecting to sell more than 100k.

    Considering the install base, the 360 version of Bayonetta actually out performed the PS3 version per capita. And Tekken didn’t do too bad either. :)

    Since X360 has no interesting game (that interests japanese users that is) for the past few weeks, its no surprise Bayonetta did that good. But, its legs, as amazing Baya-chans are, wont last at all.

    It’s a shame the Xbox 360 versions are selling at all. It takes away from the PS3 sales. Oh well, at least the PS3 is now guaranteed to outsell the 360 versions worldwide.

    Anyway, how’s that Wii going, Nintendoeverything?
    It dropped pretty hard after the price drop in Japan and is still falling while PS3 has stabilised at 30k until further notice. Don’t worry, I’m sure Wii will outsell PS3 next week, and if not, the week after that, and if not, the following week! Right?

    Wrong.

    Haha, It’s true. The PS3 fanboys is a pathetic, self-centered person that can’t be reasoned with. I swear, I have yet to see a PS3 fanboy give credit to anything but Sony. So sad. Don’t believe me, go to any website (ANYWHERE) and read their delusional garbage. The wii could stop selling consoles for the remainder of the year and PS3 couldn’t catch it’s 2009 sells. Yet that talk smack.
