Capcom “cooking something up” for Mega Man 9 anniversary
September 21st, 2009 Posted in News, Wii, Written by ValayBelieve it or not, tomorrow marks the one year anniversary of Mega Man 9. And of course, Capcom wouldn’t let the day just pass by…They have something special planned.
“On September 22, 2008, Mega Man 9 was first released as WiiWare on the Wii (followed, of course, by its proper PSN and Xbox Live releases). We’re cooking something up to celebrate but you’ll have to check back tomorrow. In the meantime, tell us about your experiences with playing Mega Man 9 for the first time!
PS. No, we aren’t going to reveal the MM9 secret!”
It’s interesting that Capcom still won’t reveal the Mega Man 9 secret. But perhaps if we’re lucky, we’ll get a clue. A few days ago, Capcom said that they “may have something to share,” but later the plug was pulled. They may have been saving whatever news they had planned for the anniversary.
