Looks like I was right about it being a DS title. And it runs on the Etrian Odyssey engine. After an oversaturation of overly otaku-oriented shallower Megami Ibunroku games in the more recent two Persona games (A sad departure from their predecessors) and Devil Survivor, this is a very welcome title.

This one was only just unveiled, but the Shin Megami Tensei series has been around for decades now and we started getting titles in the franchise back in the late ’90s as the “Revelations” series with the first Megami Ibunroku Persona game on the PSX and the first Last Bible title as Revelations: The Demon Slayer on the GBC.

Yeah, Shin Megami Tensei has been around for a long, long time. And the DS recently got Devil Survivor.
